Xseerver can't open

Met a problem, Xserver can't be open, and all graphical program from picasso can't be
shown. The reason is I'm using a X terminal which need to be linked and granted access
to the X server (should be in Picasso). Thus, 'Xhost +' is tried. Not work.
Log off and than log in, that works.
